Welcome to Thailand.
Where the souvenirsellers and fruitsellers thrive for your attention and the shopping is endless. But lets dig a little deeper, shall we? Thailand is known for its white beaches, clear waters and diving and snorkling opportunities. Koh Tau and Krabi are two of Thailands most known divers paradise. This side of Thailand like Koh Panyang also has a vivid nightlife with colourful clubs and full moon parties. Enjoy rockformations and caves while the sun is kissing your skin until you’re golden brown. If you are more into shopping and citylife Bangkok is the place for you. Bangkok is the capital of Thailand with a population of over 10 million inhabitants. A very big city with big ambitions. Already in the taxi heading into the city you’ll see how the skyscrapes compete of being the tallest and the prettiest one. Big billboards gives you a clue of what awaits you. And the shopping opportunities are endless. Bangkok is not perticurarly built up with a city centre as a centerpoint, but in different areas. Each area has got streets packed with shops, streetfood shops, beautyparlours, massageparlours and you name it, they got it.If party and stripclubs are more your thing you can check out the harbourtown of Pattaya. Discolights flood the citystreets of this otherwise calm and sofiaticated city. Stroll the beach or the shopping streets by day and go wild and crazy by night. If you are more into relaxation you could choose for exempel Koh Samet. Koh Samet is a 20 minute speedboat ride from the village Ban Phe. Which is about a 3-4 hour drive with minivan from Bangkok. Koh Samet will lure you in with sincere Island living. There are no real city or shopping but one street that extends from the white beach. You’ll never have to leave the beach if you don’t feel like it. Most hotels are on the beach and the have their own restaurants with outdoor dining. Enjoy a meal under the stars with lanterns hanging in the trees. Finish of with a banana and chocolatefilled pancace and a waterpipe if you will. If you are adventorous you could walk along the beach until you reach one of the more remote beaches where mostly locals hang. To get an even more relaxed atmosphere. So Thailand really has a lot to offer. Wether it’s an adventorous holiday or a romantic holiday for two or a party you’re after. Thailand really has it all.
